Abstract

Abstract It is shown that the frequency distribution of sequences of fine days conforms very closely to a ?logarithmic? series. The sequences of ?wet? days do not conform so closely, as there is a shortage of one-day sequences and an excess of 2 to 4-day sequences, but this may be due to the method of defining ?wet? sequences.
