| Abstract | Differential gas analysers for use in photosynthesis experiments can be calibrated with the same accuracy as that specified for the single standard gas mixture that is required. With the use of only one gas mixing pump, the composition of a mixture can be specified to better than ±1 per cent, compared with ±5 per cent usually offered by commercial gas suppliers. |
