Abstract | It is shown how the transitions from sub-diffusion to super-diffusion and from sub-diffusion to normal diffusion of individual (independent) proteins within plasma membranes [S. Khan et al., Phys. Rev. E 71 (2005) 041915] can be understood within the framework of a Levy-flight model. |
